Keeping cool, being at ease.

When things seem to go wrong and nobody seems to be able to help solve the problem, remember to maintain a cool mind and be at ease. The hall allocation is really screwed up... the system as well as those who were paid to handle the system. at the end of the day, I guess the system handled them. The administrators were helpless citing policy reasons. They appeared strict and rule-abiding but a closer check revealed that they are able to manipulate the system.

1. Wrongful allocation.
2. Offering a diff room at their own free will when they maintained that they cannot help transfer students at this moment.

Maybe it is just the school's culture and management that is at fault. I can understand that they are extremely busy. But i cant understand why when they are questioned, they tend to avoid the issues I brought up, instead gave a bureacratic reply. I am sick of it. People are there to make things happen and correct errors when the computers fail. But this bunch of administrators are helpless.. or rather hopeless. I can understand that they are busy at this period, but is this a good enough reason to ignore problem?

There is nothing that i can do now. as they say LL.. I shall just accept this offer and pray for the best outcome when i appeal.

But I am not going to let the issue rest, for I am not a coward. when something is not in place, it has to be corrected. the system must be questioned. I question why some people with 20 over points can be allocated a room... this is totally ridiculous!
